Don't Burst My Bubble

Acrylic with texture on 10" x 20" Gallery Wrapped Canvas

This painting went through several stages until finally resting with it's current look. It began as one thing and I din't like the way it was turning out. So, I scrubbed it out, added the molding paste and waited for it to dry. Next, I added the greens and purples but still not being satisfied, decided to allow that to dry while I spent time thinking. As I looked and thought, I could see bubbles floating across the painting. I liked that thought and got to work.

I sort of think that's the way it is in life. If we aren't truly happy with the way things are going in our lives, and we can make changes...don't we usually begin again?
