This is painted from a photo my son, Joshua Maxson, took. The bridge is located in Cooperstown, NY and is photographed quite often, even from this particular angle. While I, myself have not visited this specific covered bridge, I have visited many. I find them to be fascinating and beautiful works of art. This one in particular, at the time of day he captured the bridge and the background just told me it needed to be painted. (thank you, son, for allowing me to use you picture)
